Mission Statement
HopeMe is a national digital platform dedicated to connecting individuals in times of need with trustworthy, life-affirming resources in their local communities. Whether someone is experiencing homelessness, food insecurity, unplanned pregnancy, human trafficking, or another personal challenge, HopeMe exists to bridge the gap between urgent need and immediate support.
We aim to unify the efforts of faith-based ministries, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and community leaders into a single, accessible directory. Our goal is to create a reliable source of truth—one that can be accessed by the public, utilized by courts and caseworkers, and adopted by cities as a scalable model for compassionate, coordinated care.
By equipping individuals with access to verified help and enabling organizations to amplify their reach, HopeMe serves as both a digital lifeline and a platform of transformation. We believe that every person deserves dignity, direction, and the opportunity to take their next step forward in hope.
